Welcome to Sri Ramakrishna Sarada Mandir!
Sri Ramakrishna Sarada Mandir, situated in Kamdebpur, Chinsurah, was established with the aim of spreading the teachings of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Holy Mother Sarada Devi, and Swami Vivekananda. Inspired by the ideals of spiritual enlightenment, selfless service, and devotion, the mandir follows the principles and traditions of Belur Math. Daily puja is performed with great enthusiasm, followed by the distribution of bhog prasad. The evening prayers (Sandhya Arati) are accompanied by the chanting of Sacred texts and enlightening insightful conversations and discussions on spiritual growth. The mandir actively engages in spiritual awakening and community service, aiming to enhance the spiritual development and well-being of devotees. It organizes spiritual discourses by renowned sages associated with Belur Math, Sri Sarada Math, and beyond fostering an environment of learning and self-realization for all seekers. With a deep commitment to both individual and social upliftment, Sri Ramakrishna Sarada Mandir continues to serve as a guiding light for devotees seeking spiritual wisdom and selfless service.
Our Activities
CHARITABLE HOSTEL
The Mandir trustees have taken the noble initiative of providing education and care for 10 children. These children will reside within the temple premises, with periodic visits to their homes.
They will receive free coaching and have all their essential needs fulfilled at no cost. Beyond academics, we are committed to their holistic development, ensuring their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, nurturing them with love and guidance
SHIV GYANE JIV SHEBA
During Durga Puja at Ramakrishna Sarada Mandir, 150 sarees were lovingly donated to underprivileged women, ensuring they could celebrate the festival with new attire and joy.
Additionally, in the winter season, on 26th December, 150 warm shawls were distributed to provide protection from the cold. With a spirit of compassion and service, we aim to increase these efforts in the coming years, striving for the betterment of society and the well-being of those in need.
FREE COACHING
Ramakrishna Sarada Mandir is offering free coaching to children who are unable to receive proper education due to financial constraints. To facilitate this initiative, we have decided to construct a dedicated coaching room beside the devotee rest house, ensuring that children receive education with love, care, and sincerity.
Parents who wish to enroll their children are requested to inform the Mandir authorities in advance so that we can ensure a smooth and hassle-free learning experience.
